Our Friendly Staff

Shela studied at Aston University & graduated in 1992. Shela joined Butterfield Opticians in 2013 bringing valuable experience in the areas of Contact lenses, Glaucoma screening, Macular screening, Children’s eye examinations & Dry eye consultation, having worked previously in both Independent & Multiple sectors. Together with her husband & daughters Shela enjoys travelling & socializing. Shela also enjoys cooking & reading in her spare time.

Dhiren began his career by qualifying as a Dispensing Optician from Bradford College. Whilst studying Dhiren gained experience of the manufacturing side of Optics by working in a spectacle lens laboratory. Dhiren brings with him a wealth of experience in patient care, customer service, frame styling, frame adjustment, spectacle lens consultation & dispensing.
